What I’ve Been Working On

The projects on this page reflect the direction my work is moving right now, across teaching, choreography, legacy preservation, and embodied performance. They’re showing up in studios, workshops, conferences, and creative spaces.
I’m curious what opportunities you see here, how this work might be positioned, and where it feels like a natural fit to share it more widely.

Claude Thompson Tribute

I was asked to create a tribute for Claude Thompson, and as Hama shared his memories with me, the vision came instantly. The piece—Claude Thompson: The Dancer’s Perspective—was performed by Jackie Sleight’s company dancers who brought my vision to life.

As Concept Creator and Artistic Director, I interviewed Claude’s assistants, edited the voiceovers, curated the choreography, and shaped the final piece to honor his legacy. The tribute premiered at Jazz Dance Conference West.

Masterclasses & Workshops

Hama Technique And Warm Up Masterclass Series

As Hama’s protégé, I teach his technique and choreography at his studio every Wednesday and lead masterclasses dedicated to preserving his work. At 87, Hama has entrusted me to carry this legacy forward, and I teach his technique with its original intention, integrity, and spirit fully intact.

The Embodied Dancer Workshop

Alongside my work in dance, I am a certified life coach and the creator of the Radical Embodiment Method. I created the Embodied Dancer Workshop to support dancers in reconnecting to their bodies beyond technique, moving out of overthinking and control and into breath, presence, and emotional truth. The workshop blends somatic awareness, reflection, and movement to help dancers access greater freedom, expression, and confidence in their dancing.
