Why I Created This Class
Most women today are carrying more than they admit.
Pressure.
Expectations.
Overthinking everything.
We try to manage it by thinking harder, pushing through, or telling ourselves to “just stay positive.”
But the truth is…
the mind can only take you so far.
Your body holds tension, emotion, and insight that thinking alone can’t access.
When you begin to move energy through the body and reflect honestly, something powerful happens.
You begin to hear yourself again.

I am the creator of the Radical Embodiment Method and a certified life coach with a mission to help women reconnect with their authentic selves and step into their full potential. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, artist, and coach, I’ve guided countless individuals through challenges like self-doubt, perfectionism, and fear of rejection—all rooted in patterns that keep them from living fully.
The Radical Embodiment class was created as a space of transformation and empowerment. It’s where women can move from uncertainty to clarity, silence their inner critic, and awaken their Radiant Woman.

The journey...
I used to be the epitome of perfectionism and low self-confidence. As a dancer, I was my harshest critic, often leaving the stage feeling defeated. My relentless pursuit of perfection robbed me of joy; it felt like I was carrying an impenetrable shield on my chest.
Like many creatives, I was a Hider and Hesitator. I had countless amazing ideas but rarely acted on them. This continued until 2011 when my fiancé passed away, forcing me to rebuild from the ground up.
At 43, I returned to school and proudly earned my BA in Performing Arts at 46. I earned my life coaching certification at 48.
Realizing that life coaching was just a starting point. To truly fulfill my mission to help fellow creators I needed to step up my game! At 50, I created my Signature Method of Radical Embodiment.
The Radical Embodiment Method is a groundbreaking approach designed to empower women to shed the layers of self-doubt and perfectionism that often holds them back.

Not at all. This class is designed so anyone can participate. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced with embodiment work. Just come as you are and follow along at your own pace.
Each class includes grounding practices, guided journaling, movement, and reflection using the Radical Embodiment Method. The goal is to help you release tension, reconnect to your truth, and leave feeling clearer and more grounded.
No. While we use movement, this is not a dance technique class or fitness workout. The movement is simple, accessible, and designed to help release emotional tension and reconnect you with your body.
It’s different from both. Therapy focuses primarily on conversation, while many circles focus on sharing. In this class, we combine reflection, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.
Absolutely. In fact, there is a Bring a Friend Special — 2 people for $25. Many women enjoy attending with a friend for extra support and connection.
You are exactly the kind of person this class was created for. Many women attend during times of change, stress, or personal growth. The practices are designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.
Yes. This is a drop-in class, so you can attend whenever it works for you. Many women come weekly because the practices help them reset and stay grounded throughout the week.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, stretch, and move easily. No special equipment or workout gear is required.

No. Sharing is always optional. Many women simply participate in the practices and reflections privately in their journals. You are always welcome to move at your own comfort level.
