Your mind can only take you so far.

Most of us are carrying more than we let on. We overthink, push through, or tell ourselves to stay positive — and still feel stuck.

That’s not a mindset problem. Physiology overrides psychology. Your body holds tension, emotion, and insight that thinking alone can’t reach. When you start moving energy and reflecting honestly, something shifts.

You start to hear yourself again.

What happens in class

Every session follows the same arc — and every session is different.

Somatic Exercise

We open by dropping into the body. Simple, accessible movement to release held tension and bring awareness back to physical sensation.

Chakra clearing & dance

Movement with intention. We use breath, color visualization, and dance to move energy through the body from crown to root.

Journaling

Guided prompts help you explore what’s actually going on — what you’re feeling, what you want, what’s been getting in the way.

Radiant Reflection

A guided visualization that takes you inward — helping you access clarity, emotion, and insight that thinking alone can’t reach.

Sharing

Optional group sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental space. You are always welcome to keep your reflections private..

Reflect

We begin by bringing awareness to what you’re experiencing in your life right now. Through guided reflection, you explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity.

Release

Movement and breath help the body release tension and emotional weight that the mind alone cannot process. This allows energy to shift and creates space for clarity.

Re-Envision

Once the noise settles, you begin to reconnect with what you truly want and what matters most to you. Your inner truth becomes easier to hear.

Re-Design

With clarity and awareness, you begin to step forward in your life with new choices, new boundaries, and greater confidence.

Hello I'm Amy Schadt!

Creator of the Radical Embodiment Method. Certified life coach. Dancer, educator, and artist with 20+ years of experience.

I used to be the epitome of perfectionism and low self-confidence. As a dancer, I was my harshest critic — leaving the stage feeling defeated, carrying what felt like an impenetrable shield on my chest. I was a hider and a hesitator.

After loss forced me to rebuild from the ground up, I returned to school at 43. Earned my BA at 46, my coaching certification at 48. At 50, I created REM — because life coaching alone wasn’t enough. The body had to be part of it.

Not at all. This class is designed so anyone can participate. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced with embodiment work. Just come as you are and follow along at your own pace.

Each class includes grounding practices, guided journaling, movement, and reflection using the Radical Embodiment Method. The goal is to help you release tension, reconnect to your truth, and leave feeling clearer and more grounded.

No. While we use movement, this is not a dance technique class or fitness workout. The movement is simple, accessible, and designed to help release emotional tension and reconnect you with your body.

It’s different from both. Therapy focuses primarily on conversation, while many circles focus on sharing. In this class, we combine reflection, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.

Absolutely. In fact, there is a Bring a Friend Special — 2 people for $25. Many women enjoy attending with a friend for extra support and connection.

You are exactly the kind of person this class was created for. Many women attend during times of change, stress, or personal growth. The practices are designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.

Yes. This is a drop-in class, so you can attend whenever it works for you. Many women come weekly because the practices help them reset and stay grounded throughout the week.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, stretch, and move easily. No special equipment or workout gear is required.

Extra mats are available at the studio if you need one.

No. Sharing is always optional. Many women simply participate in the practices and reflections privately in their journals. You are always welcome to move at your own comfort level.
