I am the creator of the Radical Embodiment Method and a certified life coach with a mission to help women reconnect with their authentic selves and step into their full potential. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, artist, and coach, I’ve guided countless individuals through challenges like self-doubt, perfectionism, and fear of rejection—all rooted in patterns that keep them from living fully.

My journey...
I used to be the epitome of perfectionism and low self-confidence. As a dancer, I was my harshest critic, often leaving the stage feeling defeated. My relentless pursuit of perfection robbed me of joy; it felt like I was carrying an impenetrable shield on my chest.
Like many creatives, I was a Hider and Hesitator. I had countless amazing ideas but rarely acted on them. This continued until 2011 when my fiancé passed away, forcing me to rebuild from the ground up.
At 43, I returned to school and proudly earned my BA in Performing Arts at 46. I earned my life coaching certification at 48.
Realizing that life coaching was just a starting point. To truly fulfill my mission to help fellow creators I needed to step up my game! At 50, I created my Signature Method of Radical Embodiment.
The Radical Embodiment Method is a groundbreaking approach designed to empower women to shed the layers of self-doubt and perfectionism that often holds them back.
Its a 4 step process that teaches women to tap into their innate creativity, allowing their unique voice and vision to shine through.

Once you join the Good Girl Gone Membership you will receive an email with your login details, a Welcome Video, a video on how to navigate the membership site, a link to join your private Facebook group, and a link to book a call with me so I can learn more about you and how I can support you within the membership. From that point on you will have access to replays, a calendar of live events, the dance resource library, our live classes (2nd, 3rd, 4th Tuesday of the month), and the live “Ask Amy’” live group coaching call (The first Thursday of the month). You don’t need any dance, meditation, or breathwork experience to join, just the willingness to learn and take in the experience with an open mind and heart.
The main structure of the class remains the same from class to class, so you can immerse yourself into the experience for maximum transformation.
All of the content is available to you 24/7 so you can watch replays of classes, live coaching sessions and have access to past workshops and interviews with experts Amy has interviewed.
Every class is live and is created from the needs of the group. Some of the themes are, self-love, forgiveness, healing grief, confidence, etc…
Yes, there are opportunities for you to get personal coaching and your questions answered by Amy.
You will be billed monthly and your subscription will be paid from the date you signed up. You can cancel, pause, upgrade or resume your subscription at anytime.
If you sign up for the yearly subscription, it will renew next year on your signup date.
You are responsible for pausing and canceling your membership.
You are able to pause, resume, or cancel your account at any time. Requests to cancel within the first 30 days of the initial subscription period may be entitled to a refund if you have not used any of our content. A refund will not be issued for failure to cancel your account before the billing period renews. You will not be eligible for any prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for during the subscription period.
