Move. Align. Create
What is Chakra Groove
Your body already knows what needs to shift.
This class helps you hear it.
Each month we work a different chakra — its energy, its shadow, its gifts — and give your nervous system a chance to open, move, and create from a regulated place. You leave knowing exactly where you need support. And you’ve already started the work.
The 90-Minute Format
The same ritual every month.
A completely different journey.
The container stays consistent. The chakra, the teaching, the creative experience — all change.
1
Ground + Arrive
Settle your nervous system. Set your intention. Arrive in your body before anything else.
2
Chakra Teaching
The month’s chakra — its energy, shadow, gifts, and how to know if yours needs support right now.
3
Chakra Groove Dance
Somatic movement keyed to the month’s chakra. No choreography. No performance. Just your body and the music.
4
Integration
Land in what just shifted. Your body is open. Now we go deeper.
5
Creative Experience
A unique creative practice each month — a free write, forgiveness letter, mandala, values exploration, and more.
6
Share + Close
Optional sharing, live reflection with Amy, and a clear intention to carry into your week.
The Creative Experience ~ This Month's Theme✦ Throat Chakra · Vishuddha
The throat chakra is the seat of authentic expression — your voice, your truth, your creative power. She has something to say. She just hasn't felt safe enough to say it. This class is that space.

Let Her Speak
This is a guided empowerment free-write. The only thing you need is paper and a pen.
After 18 minutes of throat chakra somatic dance, your body is already open. The walls are down. The energy is moving. The writing lands in that space — not in the analytical, overthinking mind, but in the body that just moved and released.
This isn’t about writing well. It’s about writing true. No editing. No second-guessing. Just you, the page, and everything you’ve been holding back.

Why This Works
The dance isn’t the warm-up.
It’s the preparation.
When you write or create after 18 minutes of somatic movement, you’re not creating from your head. You’re creating from your open, expressed body.
That’s a completely different experience.
STEP 1
Body First
18 min Chakra Groove Dance
Movement opens what the mind keeps closed. The throat chakra energy moves through the body before it reaches the page.
STEP 2
Then Expression
Creative Expression
From that open, regulated place — she creates. Not the edited version. Not the safe version. The real one.
STEP 3
Then Integration

What got expressed gets witnessed. That’s the difference between a journal and a container. Both matter.

Hello I'm Amy Schadt!
Certified Coach · Creator of the Radical Embodiment Method
My mission to help women reconnect with their authentic selves and step into their full potential. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, artist, and coach, I’ve guided countless individuals through challenges like self-doubt, perfectionism, and fear of rejection—all rooted in patterns that keep them from living fully.
As the creator of the Radical Embodiment Method — I teach a body-first approach to expanding your nervous system capacity so you can actually handle your life, not just survive it.
I teach live in-person classes at Hama Dance Center in Los Angeles and runs the Good Girl Gone Membership — a live monthly program for women who are done shrinking their lives to manage their nervous system.
My belief: the body holds the answers the mind can’t find. My work is warm, direct, and spiritually grounded — alive without the fluff.

FAQ's
Not at all. This class is designed so anyone can participate. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced with embodiment work. Just come as you are and follow along at your own pace.
Each class includes grounding practices, guided journaling, movement, and reflection using the Radical Embodiment Method. The goal is to help you release tension, reconnect to your truth, and leave feeling clearer and more grounded.
No. While we use movement, this is not a dance technique class or fitness workout. The movement is simple, accessible, and designed to help release emotional tension and reconnect you with your body.
It’s different from both. Therapy focuses primarily on conversation, while many circles focus on sharing. In this class, we combine reflection, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.
Absolutely. In fact, there is a Bring a Friend Special — 2 people for $25. Many women enjoy attending with a friend for extra support and connection.
You are exactly the kind of person this class was created for. Many women attend during times of change, stress, or personal growth. The practices are designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.
Yes. This is a drop-in class, so you can attend whenever it works for you. Many women come weekly because the practices help them reset and stay grounded throughout the week.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, stretch, and move easily. No special equipment or workout gear is required.
Please bring:
• a journal
• a pen
• a yoga mat
Extra mats are available at the studio if you need one.
No. Sharing is always optional. Many women simply participate in the practices and reflections privately in their journals. You are always welcome to move at your own comfort level.
Bring a pen, journal, and a yoga mat if you have one already…otherwise, there are extras at the studio.
