Hello I am Amy!
I am not one to play by the rules; I am all about rewriting them. With an unstoppable spirit and a fierce commitment to challenging the norm, I am a trailblazer in the world of women’s empowerment, pushing boundaries and sparking change.
I am a true creator of the future, constantly innovating and envisioning a world without limits as seen with the creation of my Signature Process of Radical Embodiment. I help creatives kick procrastination, perfection, and self doubt to the curb so they can freely create with ease and confidence!
The journey...
I used to be the epitome of perfectionism and low self-confidence. As a dancer, I was my harshest critic, often leaving the stage feeling defeated. My relentless pursuit of perfection robbed me of joy; it felt like I was carrying an impenetrable shield on my chest.
Like many creatives, I was a Hider and Hesitator. I had countless amazing ideas but rarely acted on them. This continued until 2011 when my fiancé passed away, forcing me to rebuild from the ground up.
At 43, I returned to school and proudly earned my BA in Performing Arts at 46. Despite challenges like losing my jazz dance program I adapted and earned my life coaching certification at 48, and kept moving forward.
Realizing that life coaching was just a starting point. To truly fulfill my mission to help fellow creators I needed to step up my game! At 50, I embraced my entrepreneurial drive, launched my coaching business, and created my Signature Method of Radical Embodiment.
The Radical Embodiment Method is a groundbreaking approach designed to empower creatives to shed the layers of self-doubt and perfectionism that often holds them back.

Every week you will receive a weekly Radiant Reflections teaching and PDF based on when you joined the membership.
You will be billed monthly and your subscription will be paid from the date you signed up. You can cancel, pause, upgrade or resume your subscription at anytime.
